Schedule Pickup for 2025-2026 School Year

The schedule pickup day for incoming 7th and 8th-grade students will be Thursday, August 14th.

*Students in 8th grade can pick up their schedule from 9 AM to 10 AM.

*Student in 7th grade can pick up their schedule from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM.

Final Forms must be completed in order to receive a schedule*. To avoid delays, we encourage both parents and students to complete their paperwork in Final Forms prior to arrival.

*Students who do not have login credentials due to being new to WCS or re-enrolling will be able to pick up their schedule as long as the parent portion of Final Forms is complete.

7th Grade Immunizations

Incoming 7th-grade students will also need to provide proof of Tdap and Meningitis vaccinations prior to receiving a schedule. The Medina County Health Department will be on-site as a convenience for students still needing these immunizations.

Tour the Building

Once students get their schedule, they are encouraged to grab a map and take a self-guided tour of the building. Students can practice the best routes to each class, try out their locker combinations, and put school supplies in their lockers. Teachers are not present during schedule pickup, however, WMS principals, school counselors, secretaries, PTO volunteers, and some helpful 8th graders will be here to welcome and assist you!

School Pictures

NEW FEATURE: All students will have the option to get their Fall school picture taken during schedule pickup.

More details about the schedule pickup will be shared over the summer.
